The heritage boutique hotel Marinska Kula, located 16 km from Trogir in the fishing village Marina in a calm bay, is surrounded by sea. The hotel is situated in a Renaissance country villa from the 15th century, built by Bishop Marcello on a cliff at the end of Marina bay. You will experience the historical atmosphere of the place, as it is part of the fortification building Cittadella with a small church - St. Ivan, from the same historic period. Marinska Kula offers beautiful rooms with sea view, all with a top re-designed interior from 2008. In the hotel restaurant Marinada, a Mediterranean à la carte breakfast is served. Marinada is proud to serve domestic specialities such as Peka - an iron bell under which food is baked over open fire, home-made bread from under the iron bell, daily-caught fresh fish, pot roast, marinades, sautéed- and grilled dishes, tuna dishes and home-made sweets. All the ingredients are locally produced and brought to the restaurant daily.

Area Information

Marina is situated at the Adriatic coast, surrounded by sea and islands on one side and on the other by olive groves and wine yards with walking or cycling paths. There are many attractions in the area such as the Cave, old Dalmatian villages, the UNESCO-protected town Trogir with a famous cathedral and many cultural events.
