Enjoying a central location in Novigrad, the small, family-run Old Stone Guest House Santa Maria is only a few steps from the sea, close to the marina and to sports grounds. Santa Maria offers spacious, stylish and air-conditioned rooms equipped with all necessary facilities and free internet access. Here you can experience Mediterranean history and more than 30 years of family tradition. In the restaurant various seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes of high quality are served. You can relax and dine at the restaurant or on the terrace and savour great wines, carefully selected by the staff. Please note that the Santa Maria welcomes all guests for a minimum stay of 2 nights in May, June and September / 3 nights in July and August (and possibly during some holidays). Exceptions to this regulation can occur for certain dates. For guests staying at least 3 nights (valid from October to April) accommodation including half board service is offered for the same price as accommodation with breakfast only. A welcome drink is offered as well.

The tourist resort of Novigrad, situated on the west coast of Istria, has unique natural beauties, a rich cultural heritage and one of the cleanest seas in this part of the Mediterranean.
