Area Information

Ranch Jelov Klanac is situated 12 kilometres from Plitvice lakes.

There are 2 wooden houses, surrounded with beautiful meadows and trees. On the ranch there are horses, and horse riding is possible. You can choose between a short or long route. Riding is not included in the price of the accommodation.

By walking on the marked routes, you can enjoy beautiful nature, and the views.

Travel Information

The best way to arrive at the Ranch Jelov Klanac is by car.

By Car:
From Zagreb:
- Drive for about 40 kilometres until you reach Karlovac on the motorway.
- From Karlovac turn to Plitvice Lakes, and after 70 kilometres you will reach Rakovica.
- In Rakovica there is a restaurant named Rendulić, that you will find by looking on the right side of the main road.
- In front of the restaurant, turn right, and after 2.5 kilometres you will find the ranch.

From the Split or Zadar:
-Drive until you reach the town of Udbina.
- Do not enter the town itself, only pass nearby and again, follow the sign for Plitvice lakes.
- After 70 kilometres in Rakovica, turn left. Follow the rest of the way as above.

Important Information

Please note that reservations for horseback riding are necessary (except in July and August).
